Can you feel your hyoid going up when you mew? I do when mewing and thats how i know when my back third of my tongue is up
Feb 2023 - May 2023, is this decent progress or is it insignificant? My maxilla hasn't changed at all but im hoping it will by the end of the year this is the main reason im hard mewing.
