Different ways to mew

  Is the swallow method(simply swallow the spit in your mouth und keep the tougue there)or the sing method bettter to practise?Matt Phelps says that the swallow hold is incorrect.And also how does Mike Mew suggest we mew?

  Please answer,im a bit confused.
