Hey everyone, i have this doubt, which is, if i should mew while doing cardio exercises, like jogging, skipping rope, etc..
When i do those, my tongue usually always stays in the roof of the mouth, but it feels uncomfortable and when i breath i have this snoring sounds and it's still kind of hard to breath.
I have only been mewing for 10 months, so maybe the difficulty i have breathing could be because of my palate hasn't expanded fully yet and my airway also hasn't expanded yet?
So, should i mew while doing cardio or no? Or just drop the tongue to the floor of the mouth?
