I have been wondering for a while now.
When mewing correctly (and not hard mewing) should the part under the chin (the submental space) be suctioned aswell when the tounge is suctioned?
I find that to be very difficult. However, getting the tounge suctioned without the submental space is definately manageable.
But is that "okay mewing" or is it crucial for the submental space to be suctioned somehow aswell?
I am able to force the space up or suction it for a short time but it takes alot of effort and may compromise my normal tounge suction posture.
I have heard mentions of this in different videos but the topic doesn't seem to be very clear. Has Mike or John talked about this by any chance.
