Hello!
I'm about to start switching to nasal breathing and mewing (i'm 31 years old). Can it also change the asymmetry of my face? my face itself is not narrow i think, but my mouth is. can my mouth get wider by mewing and nasal breathing?
maybe even my crooked nose?
i provided a few selfies. hope you can see the assymetrie of my jaws, cheekbones. it was hard to capture it.
When i hit the perfect angle my face can look quite symmetric and somehow handsome, even when i look in the mirror it's not that bad sometimes. But the first pictures show how asymmetric it can look. The last two pictures seem far better cause i hit the right angle.
