Pelvic tilts have an effect on facial development and symmetry.
What tends to happen in a tilt is that there is a muscular imbalance, which can affect the ability to mew, and also to feel strain under the more developed side of the face, which makes sense.
This can be fixed by trying to improve your pelvic tilt or reduce it in better words. You can perform many exercises to target the muscles causing the pelvic tilt.
