Mewing in sleeping

  Hi when i wake up after  trying mewing while sleeping i feel like my front teeth are pushed forward is that a bad thing?

  I am not sure what you mean.

  Do you mean that overnight you push your teeth forward, that is very unlikely to happen. Teeth dont just move overnight fortunately.
