Start Mewing In Your Sleep!
I bought the Mewing ring and the Jawlize chewing tabs, I would say that the combination of the two can be effective to train your tongue but also to strengthen your masseter chewing muscles. By itself the mewing ring is good to know how much of the tongue is actually reaching the palate, but by itself it may not be enough to get the results you want.
The product took some time to arrive, but it was worth it. I thought that I would be the first to puke wearing these because of my gag reflex, but thank fully that was not the case.
Great for beginner mewers like myself. If you already know how to mew, I don't think you need it though.
The product arrived a little late, but they were kind enough to send me the Mewing Course for free for my patience. The mewing ring itself is a good exercise, and it does indeed get uncomfortable when you are not mewing correctly.
Received it, and it does help you properly engage the root of the tongue ! Just dont use it a lot, use it as an exercice tool. I m going to post a video on youtube about it. Mewing Guru
